Jellybean 100 with Claire Kerr
I’m proud to introduce to you Miss Claire Kerr, Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
I met Claire at the CICM ASM where she opened the conference. No spoilers here. You will have to listen to Claire’s own story in Claire’s own words.
Claire is from Adelaide and had to go to Melbourne to achieve what she wanted/needed.
And thus a short clip from the legendary Adelaide band “The Master’s Apprentices” seemed appropriate for the shared story and that is before you get to the lyrics in the chorus which you can hear at the end of the interview. Thanks to “The Masters” for being “The Masters”.
Thanks to Mike Cadogan for all his support and encouragement over the last 5 years. Thanks to Oli Flower too. Thanks to Matt Mac Partlin who stopped me giving up. Thanks to every human I ever had the honour to care for in this crazy medicine business, every patient, every doctor, every nurse and every cleaner. Everyone.
Doug Lynch and a sprinkling of Matt Mac Partlin
