CHEST X-RAY INTERPRETATION
Right upper lobe pneumonia
Subtle pneumonia can be easy to miss (especially with overlapping structures nearby). Make sure you are comparing each lung field with the other side.
This X-ray was taken 4 days after initial consultation with fever, cough and shortness of breath.
