This song comforted me during the Tet offensive during ‘nam. I remember the pilot of the Chinook helicopter that lifted us out of Saigon had this playing on his CD player. After two and a half weeks of hell, Bob Dylan’s smooth voice was a peaceful escape – even if just for a little while.
