FOAMed Mongolia

So brilliant to see #FOAMed resources being used around the world.

I guess it has always been difficult to explain what the FOAM concept it – it is best just to see it in action. There are dedicated practitioners all around the globe who are already benefiting from FOAM resources and putting high quality creative commons non-commercial material to great use.

After all – this is why we put so much time and effort into collating and curating the resources – to provide as many free, useful, high quality, peer reviewed medical education resources for ANYBODY, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME

My name is Andrew Spink. I am a cardiology nurse (manager of a cardiology ward in the UK) and currently working in Mongolia as a volunteer helping to develop nursing and medical education at Ach Medical Institute.  My job has been arranged through the UK charity, VSO.  They have very little Mongolian language medical and nursing literature here.  I have developed an ECG course for the medical and nursing students using free online FOAMed resources including the LITFL ECG Collection
