A 34-year-old man is brought into ED one hour after a 4m fall from a roof. He had a brief loss of consciousness immediately following the fall, then subsequently regained consciousness.
A 50yo female with a past history of bipolar disorder, on lithium, referred to ED from outpatient clinic due to precipitous Hb drop. Hb in the 60s (from baseline of 100).
A 43 yo male presents with 5 days of cough, right sided chest pain and shortness of breath. He has a background of regular cannabis use (via a bong) and had a right sided pneumothorax four months prior.
A 50 yo male is brought in by ambulance in a shocked state. He has a 3-day history of fevers, vomiting and right thigh pain on the background of morbid obesity, type II diabetes and hypertension.
A 40-year-old female, is brought into ED with an abrupt onset of reduced level of consciousness. She had been experiencing several days of headache prior to presentation.
