A 32 year old male presents from respiratory clinic with worsening productive cough.

Describe and interpret this CXR

CHEST X-RAY INTERPRETATION

The lung parenchyma are clear, although there are prominent vasculature.

There are multiple surgical clips throughout the mediastinum, and two sternal wires.


CLINICAL CORRELATION

This man has had a bilateral lung transplant.
