Retrograde P’ can be seen positive in V1, negative in II, III, aVF.
RP’ interval more than 70ms
–> possible candidates can be Atrial tachycardia with a lower focus, Atypical AVNRT, Orthodromic AVRT, and even Junctional tachycardia.
I think AVRT Or atrial tachy are more likely possibilities..
